Standard catalogue jackets
For eligible UK online purchases, tell us within 14 days of receiving your goods if you wish to cancel, then return them within a further 14 days. A standard design is not automatically personalised just because it is printed after ordering.
Personalised orders
The change-of-mind cancellation exception applies to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Any applicable exception must be explained before you order. It does not remove rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
Faults, damage or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number, a description and, where helpful, photographs. We will discuss inspection and the appropriate statutory remedy. The archived 14-day fault cut-off and blanket unused-only restriction are removed. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
Arranging a return
Contact the store for the correct return destination and practical instructions. Retain proof of posting. The archived address is not a confirmed return destination for the new store. Contacting us first helps arrange the return and does not make cancellation subject to our approval.
For change-of-mind returns, any customer-paid return postage must be disclosed before purchase. Necessary return costs for faulty goods will be covered as required by law.
Refunds
Eligible cancellation refunds include standard outbound delivery. Refunds use the original payment method, without a refund fee. They are made within the statutory deadline; for returned goods this is generally within 14 days of receipt or earlier evidence of return. A deduction may apply for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.
Production & amendments
Ask promptly if you want to change an order. A production change may not be possible once manufacture starts. The old 30-minute rule and automatic 20% cancellation charge are not applied to statutory cancellations in this draft.
