More Than Garments designs and sells handmade clothing. Contrado is our production and fulfilment partner and handles manufacturing and dispatch from Unit 6, Space Business Park, Abbey Road, Park Royal, London NW10 7SU. Our business address is 15 Terry House, Upper Tulse Hill, London, SW2 2NT. Production normally takes 3–4 business days, followed by estimated transit of 2–5 business days after dispatch.
No guaranteed Christmas delivery cut-off has been announced for the current year. Production and transit are separate stages. Please check our Christmas and holiday information and contact us before ordering for a required date.

UK DELIVERY
Standard UK shipping costs £7.99. Transit is estimated at 2–5 business days after Contrado dispatches your order; this is separate from the 3–4 business day production estimate.
The shipping charge for your chosen destination is shown before payment. Shipping is free when the garment subtotal is over £200; a garment subtotal of exactly £200 still incurs the applicable shipping charge.
UK non-mainland delivery is available for Royal Mail Recorded and Special Delivery, except in the case of large or bulky items that need a service other than Royal Mail's standard recorded. If a large or bulky package is sent to a non-UK mainland destination, customers may be required to pay the delivery excess surcharge charged by the carrier. We will inform you of any additional costs.
CUSTOMS TAX / DUTY
Our production and dispatch partner, Contrado, reports duty-paid shipping to most countries. This is not a guarantee that every international destination is duty paid. Where duties have not been prepaid, the recipient may need to pay local import duties, taxes or carrier administration fees before delivery. These destination charges are separate from the postage charged by More Than Garments. Contact customorders@morethangarments.com before ordering if you need us to check the arrangements for your destination. See Contrado’s production and shipping information.
AUTHORISED RETURNS
Email customorders@morethangarments.com with your order reference to obtain the authorised Contrado return instructions and destination before posting a parcel. Sending a cancellation notice does not require our approval. 15 Terry House, Upper Tulse Hill, London, SW2 2NT is our business contact address, not the authorised parcel-return address.
Contact us to arrange a return, but an ordinary cancellation notice does not require a reason, photographs or our approval. Eligibility, postage costs and fault remedies are explained in our returns, refunds and cancellations policy.
IN CASE OF DELIVERY DISRUPTIONS
In case of any delivery disruptions, we work closely with our courier partners to minimize delays. If there are any adverse weather conditions or postal strikes, delivery to some parts of the country may be affected. Information and updates regarding delivery services can be found on our courier partners' websites.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
For international deliveries, we use FedEx, DHL, TNT, or similar services as our default delivery option. This service includes package tracking and a estimated delivery of 2–5 business days after 3–4 business days of production. Shipping costs and time can vary significantly for remote areas, and it may be necessary for More Than Garments to charge an additional fee. In such a case, we will contact you to discuss payment before any additional charges are incurred.
